Corrected the date format of some templates to show the correct date format based on the Windows regional settings.

Resource values will be shown as locations in the output, if the location value is blank in the calendar data source.

Improved processing iCalendar-based calendar sources.

Improved the calendar settings user interface on Step 3 of the Create Calendar panel to not require scrolling to see all buttons if the calendar name is short enough to fit.

Added a 'More Options.' button to Step 1 of the Create Calendar panel, to make it more apparent that additional options can be accessed.

Other minor corrections and improvements.

The items shown in the generated output were ending a day earlier than specified in the input file.

Corrected multi-day items imported from Excel and CSV calendar data sources.

Corrected mapping of column names in Excel and CSV calendar data sources to ignore leading or trailing whitespace.

The previous API is deprecated and no longer accessible, so importing from Todoist wasn't working.

Corrected importing from Todoist to use the latest API.

Selecting the option to exclude items containing specified text wasn't working, and the items would still appear in the output. In some cases, calendars weren't shown on the Add Calendar window, or events weren't included in the generated output.

Corrected various problems adding calendars and importing events from Microsoft 365.In some cases, generated calendars wouldn't fit on the page and would be clipped. Improved generating calendars in Word to better fit on the page.Improved the Item Template to allow new lines to be specified.

Improved the Item Template to provide an option for showing time zones.
